Behave-A-Life...Anyway

ANYWAY
People are unreasonable, illogical and self-centered…
Love them anyway

If you do good, people will accuse you of selfish ulterior motives…
Do good anyway

If you are successful, you win false friends and true enemies…
Succeed anyway

The good you do today will be forgotten tomorrow…
Do good anyway

Honesty and frankness make you vulnerable…
Be honest and frank anyway

What you spend years building may be destroyed overnight…
Build anyway

People really need help but may attack you if you help them…
Help people anyway

Give the world the best you have and you will get kicked in the teeth…
Give the world the best you have got…

From there, if you think it's right, just do it. We offer our generosity without expecting any positive returns. Because we are offering with our heart...

Succeed-A-Life...Successful Man

Is he a SUCCESSFUL MAN???
  • He is a Manager, but he is unhappy because he would like be a Director.
  • He is a Celebrity, but he is unhappy because he would like to be a Top Celebrity.
  • He is a Millionaire, but he is unhappy because he would like to be a Billionaire.
  • He is a King of a Country, but he is unhappy because he would like to be the King of the World.
  • He is a Husband to a Beautiful Woman, but he is unhappy because he would like to be a Husband to All Beautiful Women. :-)

From there, everyone in this world is bounded by greediness in their mind, where it’s very difficult to fulfill his/her desire.

Positively, it is a way to improve ourselves & excel… but would there be any ending to such desire… even until we die? For me, a successful man is a man who knows his desire well & able to appreciate the fulfillment of it, without any remorse until his final breath.

Love-A-Life...Missing Rib

MISSING RIB
A girl in love asked her boyfriend.

Girl: Tell me... whom do you love most in this world?
Boy: You, of course!
Girl: In your heart, what am I to you?
The boy thought for a moment and looked intently in her eyes and said, "You are my rib. Every man has been searching for his missing rib, only when you find the woman of your life; you'll no longer feel the lingering ache in your heart."

After their wedding, the couple had a sweet and happy life for a while. However, the youthful couple began to drift apart due to the busy Schedule of life and the never-ending worries of daily problems...their life became mundane. All the challenges posed by the harsh realities of life began to gnaw away their dreams and love for each other.

The couple began to have more quarrels and each quarrel became more heated. One day, after the quarrel, the girl ran out of the house. At the opposite side of the road, she shouted, "You don't love me!" The boy hated her childishness and out of impulse, retorted, "Maybe, it was a mistake for us to be together! You were never my missing rib!" Suddenly, she turned quiet and stood there for a long while. He regretted what he said but words spoken are like thrown away water, you can never take it back. With tears, she went home to pack her things and was determined in breaking-up. Before she left the house, "If I'm really not your missing rib, please let me go. She continued, "It is less painful this way... let us go on our separate ways and search for our own partners..."
Five years went by... He never remarried but he had tried to find out about her life indirectly. She had left the country and back. She had married a foreigner and divorced..... He felt anguished that she never waited for him. In the dark and lonely night, he lit his cigarette and felt the lingering ache in his heart. He couldn't bring himself to admit that he was missing her. One day, they finally met at the airport, a place where there were many reunions and good-byes. He was going away on a business trip. She was standing there alone, with just the security door separating them. She smiled at him gently.

Boy: How are you?
Girl: I'm fine. How about you? Have you found your missing rib?
Boy: No.
Girl: I'll be flying to New York in the next flight.
Boy: I'll be back in 2 weeks time. Give me a call when you are back...You know my number...nothing has changed. With a smile, she turned around and waved good-bye. Good-bye...

One week later, he heard of her death. She had perished in New York. In the event that shocked the world. Midnight, once again, he lit his cigarette and like before, he felt the lingering ache in his heart. He finally knew, she was the missing rib that he had carelessly broken.

Above tale was picked from a forwarded email by a friend of mine. I was and am so touch till now. It's really beautiful by carrying a hidden message that is essential in our life.

From there, sometimes people tend to act stupidly before they think of the consequences. Negatively, the consequences may be very disastrous and could make one person to regret in his/her whole life. Above story might be imaginary tale, but I encountered it in my own real life. It’s truly devastating… Believe me, always think before you act / say something that may hurt your beloved one… If you may have done it wrongly, do whatever possible to recover it…
"Don’t wait till tomorrow cause tomorrow might not come again…!"

Love-A-Life...Genting Highland

A Car full of LOVE, being spotted at Basement Parking, First World Hotel, Genting Highland on 12th March 2006 at 3:08am... It's a Singapore-registered Kia Spectra vehicle.

Both sided messages are written full of meanings. After I read the messages, I had been thinking about it when I was driving down to KL...

From there, no matter what we do, we must do it with our true love. By giving our true love, the results could be very pleasing... Anyway, by giving our true love, sometimes we may not get what we expect in return. Therefore, we must know how to deal with it... by learning to FORGIVE.

"Forgive" is the greatest key to unlock ourselves from the hole of "Sadness" & "Hatred"... If we dare to "Love", we must know to "Forgive" in order to move ahead with life... Don't wait till later, unlock yourself NOW...

I really respect the car owner for illustrating these messages wherever he/she goes...

Behave-A-Life...Comparison

“People always complain they don’t have nice expensive SHOE,…
but they never think of those people without FEET…”

“People always complain they don’t have sporty exclusive CAR,…
but they never think of those people without SIGHT…”

“People always complain they don’t have spacious luxurious HOUSE,…
but they never think of those people without HOME…”
-Kenjijee-
From there, we always compare ourselves with other people who dress well, drive well, and live well. So, we always live in sorrow & envious while pursuing for wealth... But do we ever compare ourselves with those who are disabled & the poor...?
As per United Nations (http://www.un.org/Photos/disabled.htm), more than 500 million people (10 per cent of the world's population) are suffering from some type of physical, mental or sensory impairment. We shall be thankful & stay happy with what we have, as long as we are given a life to live... STOP COMPARING OURSELVES, BUT START CHALLENGING OURSELVES!!! CHEERS!!!

Kick-A-Life...FIFA World Cup 2006

FIFA World Cup Trophy, is a very unique trophy for mankind. It’s not because of its 18-carat gold material with 36cm height & 4.97kg weight, but it's because of “PRIDE OF VICTORY”…

The true meaning of the FIFA World Cup Trophy...

"The lines spring out from the base, rising in spirals, stretching out to receive the world. From the remarkable dynamic tensions of the compact body of the sculpture rise the figures of two athletes at the stirring moment of victory"... Italian designer, Silvio Gazzaniga

So, I also shouldn't miss out the opportunity to snap a photo beside the precious trophy... IT'S DAMN COOL!!!

From there, it's a great honour to stand beside "The Cup of Millions". Why Millions?... Because it has stimulated every team's spirit to play for victory & most of all, it has brought unity to the world... Players play for their country with full spirit and they play truly from their heart... Let the Spirit of the Game begins in June 06!

Train-A-Life...Batu Caves

5th of March 2006, we (The Mount Kinabalu Conquerors) went to Batu Caves for our training. The training is essential for our expedition to climb Mount Kinabalu in May. There are 272 stair-steps up to the top, steeply. On that training, I climbed up & down for 4 consecutive times, with 2 big-sized 1.5l mineral bottles. It’s heavy though…

2 weeks later on 18th of March 2006, I have made another trip to Batu Caves. I have broken a new record by climbing up & down for 8 consecutive times, but with 1 big-sized 1.5l mineral bottle. Actually I planned for 6 trips, but eventually something has motivated me to struggle for another 2 trips – when I saw a guy who came before me was still walking up & down… Actually that's what I call "Training". Therefore, I added another 2 rounds… Huh! Luckily no muscle pain :-)
25th of March 2006, I have made another great achievement by climbing up & down for 10 times at Batu Caves. I am hoping to maintain my level of stamina in order to climb the South-East Asia’s tallest mountain in May...
From there, sometimes we may have pampered ourselves so much until we have restricted our capability to go beyond our limit. If we harsh to ourselves, we might build up our resilience. That is the key to be a ‘Better Man’
However, of course not all the time, sometimes we also must reward ourselves if we have attained great achievement… Therefore, due to my great achievement at Batu Caves, I have rewarded myself with 2 bowls of tasty beef noodle on Sunday at Jalan Hang Tuah, KL… Yummy!!!

Sing-A-Life...Orpheus by ASH

ORPHEUS – by ASH group band
(An Alternative song)

That summer I did nothing
Just sleeping, thinking and hanging around
I left the dark streets of September
As the air was cooling down
Woah yeah it was cooling down

(Chorus)
I need the sunshine in the morning
Heading for the open road
Sunshine in the morning
Lord you gotta let it flow

Yeah, yeah, yeah

Ever since I lost her
Seems the more I learn, the less I know
And everyday I think about her
But if I look back I’m gonna turn to stone
To stone, oh yeah I’m gonna turn to stone

I’m heading for the open road (8 times)

Hit me without warning
I was left out on my own
The bad times they were forming
I went through them alone
A new day it is dawning
And I feel my pain is gone
The open world is calling
And I am moving on

From there, sometimes thing might get a bit out of hand... or tremendously out of hand. But as long as our hearts are still beating (even for a single second), it means it’s not the end of the road.

Do not give up life… the Sun will always shine on you & lead you to a better journey as you keep moving forward. The brand new day & a whole new world be always waiting for you!!!

ASH, that's a great song!!!

Watch-A-Life...Brokeback Mountain

Brokeback Mountain is an eternal heart-breaking love story… I am deeply touched by this emotional love story. The actors really damn good in expressing the great strength of love thru this movie…

Anyway, if you are a conservative type, you might find it ridiculous for 2 country lads falling in love with each other, deeply… But to discover the true love behind the story, you need to twist your mind to accept the concept of ‘homosexual’. Believe me, you will get the message more clearly.

It starts with 2 young cowboys (Ennis played by Heath Ledger & Jack played by Jake Gyllenhaal) being sent up to Brokeback Mountain, to tend a flock of sheep for the summer, by keeping the wolves away. From there, they fall in love with each other & then towards a deeper intimacy, sexually…

But after the job, both go apart on their own way. They get married with their own family, with children. Although they have wives & children, they still miss each other so much, until they plan for a meet up, after 4 years since their job at Brokeback Mountain. From there, the immortal love has shined once again. It’s truly amazing as it continues until 15 years later… Imagine a love that never ends… (...the shirt belongs to Ennis)

………. Something actually pop up in my mind regarding this movie, which is hard to convey!!!

From there, people are full with doubt in life, especially with LOVE. They always run into relationships, with haste... Therefore you may see a lot of breakups & divorces, nowadays. But it's not completely bad though, like Ennis agrees for divorce with his wife when he discovers he still in love with Jack... Love is a very subjective matter & no one can foretell what is the ending of a relationship. But always cherish the person who you love... Anyway, it's still a great love movie if it is a male-female relationship...

Animate-A-Life...F.M.Alchemist

Full Metal Alchemist - Japanese Animation series

2 brothers, with mystical magic, kick out a journey to restore their bodies. Their bodies were taken away when they failed to resurrect their deceased mother (beloved person). That’s the exchange that they need to pay for resurrecting a dead person. Thru out the journey, they met with lots of new friends & gained great experience. Although they were separated in the end, but the brotherhood within them still exist & it fuels them to greater height...

From there, every life has an end. There is no way we may turn back time or revive a departed person. As human, we need to move ahead & look for a better life… Therefore, always TREASURE the person while he/she is still around… Don’t wait until the person is gone… At least a SMILE can make a difference :-)

Eat-A-Life...Ee Chinese Cuisine

26 Feb 2006… Oh my God!!! Another great day for putting on weight… Me & my family had lunch at Ee Chinese Cuisine, Eastin Hotel. It’s actually a farewell lunch… :'(

Anyway, a new experience gained as that’s the first time I saw how they serve ‘Dim-Sum’… Unlike typical Chinese restaurant, you may pick the ‘dim-sum’ directly from the container (the waiter will call “Har Kau Siu Mai”) & start consuming it…

But here, you point at the sample ‘dim-sum’ (refer to photo) that you like & the waiter will pass your order to the kitchen… My curiosity arose when I discovered that the “shark fin dumpling soup” (Pun-Tong-Kau) sample is covered with hardened-jelly (Not Consumable)!!! I was so afraid if the real thing also covered with hardened-jelly… Luckily, they serve it in soup… hehe. I may say that’s the finest ‘dim-sum’ of all, although it’s quite expensive… Yummy!

From there, some people can easily make negative impression from the outlook before they actually get to know it… especially human’s outlook… Therefore, discrimination happens… Please allow me to confess - I won't discriminate human :-)

Eat-A-Life...Lemon Garden

25 Feb 2006 would be one of my greatest moment at Lemon Garden, Shangri-La Hotel Kuala Lumpur. My last dietary at that lemon-choc shaded restaurant was back in 26 December 2003…

It’s still one of the most preferable restaurant for international buffet. They actually serve variety of international food, from local to western + eastern.

However, my greatest choice of all would be fresh oyster… Really miss it so muchy.

Finally, I broke my own records by having 2 dozens of fresh oyster… defeating my previous records of 15 pieces. Yeah Yeah!!!

From there, I realized that we might just stay stagnant from where we are if we don’t challenge ourselves. We gain more satisfaction as we challenge ourselves to move ahead…………
Anyway, I gained... weight of 1 kg that day… Damn… :'(

Drive-A-Life...Bugatti Veyron

Bugatti Veyron

This super-babe really can bring you from Kuala Lumpur to Sg Petani within 1 hour… can you believe it… ON THE ROAD!!!

This super-babe has been proclaimed as the fastest car on the road. With the first ever originally built-in 16 cylinders (8V + 8V) engine, this super-babe could produce up to 1001bhp & 7993cc… If this is a “CAR”, I think my AVEO (83bhp & 1500cc) is a “JUNK”. Therefore, I would call this super-babe a “SPEED MONSTER”, rather than a “CAR”.

Anyway, it costs almost £700,000 (still a DAMN expensive car if it’s RM700,000)...

From there, men desire for great speed everyday… that’s GOOD… but remember the car is yours, but the road ain’t yours. Do care about others on the road… :-)

Kick-A-Life...Manchester United

Manchester United (my favorite club), have been kicked out from F.A. Cup & European Champions League (…even failed to qualify for UEFA Cup), & now 15 points behind English Premier League leader – Chelsea ('C' Club).

However, 26 February 2006 has marked a great achievement for MU as they finally won the Carling Cup, compared to empty handed for the previous year. 2 years back, Carling Cup (a.k.a Mickey Mouse Cup) was an inferior cup… But due to 2 new big players (Liverpool & Chelsea) are contending with Arsenal & MU for silverware, so every cup is claimed essential for them to fill up their shelves.

From there, people tend to think that by winning a silverware, it will show great dignity & pride in the field… but it’s not 100% true for me, because the spirit of the game & the team work of the club that count… E.g. 'C' Club won the Premiership title last year. But I don’t feel proud for them. They were buying it rather than playing for it. They spent a lot on new players…

Contrary, a great applause to Wigan (a new club promoted to Premier League) which have performed well, with all unknown players... Wigan, Well Done!!!
